All pieces from by cela jo are handcrafted with care. Natural variations in gemstones, metals, and finishes are part of what makes each piece unique. No two items are exactly alike—that’s the beauty of handmade jewelry.
We do our best to show each item accurately, but colors and textures may look slightly different depending on your screen or lighting.
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options offered at checkout.
Your payment information is encrypted and processed through trusted third-party providers. We never store your full credit-card details.
Each order is carefully packaged and shipped from our studio.
Processing time is usually 1–3 business days, though custom or made-to-order items may take a little longer.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link. Delivery times vary based on your location and carrier. Please understand that delays caused by the postal service are beyond our control—but we’ll always help however we can.
We want you to love your jewelry. If something arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at cela@bycelajo.com with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Because each piece is handcrafted, we generally do not accept returns for reasons such as size, color variation, or change of mind.
Custom and sale items are final sale.
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your piece needs a repair due to normal wear within 60 days, email us and we’ll review options for restoration or replacement.
